New work prep
With the new year upon us soon. I have taken some time to prep some old and new canvas for new work which will be coming in 2024. Experimenting with using house paint and a cardboard scraper to build texture ready for some oil paint.

Skull and Ferns
Started a new painting last night. Skull and ferns. Using very lose and watered down water based oil paints to put down the first layers and get some drips and texture to the work. I will then be going back over it with some thicker paint to fill in the details.
